Screen Highlighter allows to highlight a part of the screen by partially hiding the other parts.
A shape (horizontal bar, vertical bar, rectangle, ellipse, point) is visible and the rest is partially hidden. The visible and obfuscated part will follow the position of the mouse pointer. It's possible to have it at multiple fix positions.
You can select the height, width, color and the opacity of the part to hide.
