I recently used Free Imagemapper to create an interactive HTML image map for a webpage. It was very easy to use and the interface was intuitive. I was able to draw, modify, and set properties for "hotspots" quickly and easily. I was also able to confirm, replace, and otherwise manage components without any difficulty. The program also supports common file formats like GIF, JPG, and PNG. Overall, I found Free Imagemapper to be an excellent tool for creating interactive HTML image maps. Highly recommended!

Free Imagemapper (a.k.a. Life Software Imagemapper 2) is a freeware application that creates interactive HTML Imagemaps for Web pages. Imagemapper 2 enables you to draw, modify, and set properties for 'hotspots' that are on the imagemap image.
It can make both Client-side and Server-side imagemaps. It supports both CERN and NCSA server-side imagemaps. It enables also to test the imagemap in your favorite browser.
