I was able to watch channels from the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Denmark, Norway, Germany, Spain, and Switzerland. The streaming quality was great and I didn't experience any lags or buffering. It requires a broadband internet connection, so make sure you have one before trying it out. All in all, I would definitely recommend Zattoo to anyone looking for a free way to watch TV on their computer.
