The animated talking characters are a great way to identify who is calling before I answer the phone. I also appreciate that I can work with two phone lines simultaneously and receive notifications via e-mail. The size of the notification window can be easily adjusted and the pronunciation of words can be modified. Overall, this is a great service and I highly recommend it.

You must subscribe to the caller id service from your local phone company and have a caller id capable modem or other supported caller id computer hardware device.
