The app has a great selection of soothing sounds and melodies to help you relax, meditate, and take a break from the stresses of daily life. The custom audio elements are really nice and make it easy to create your own audio environment. The instructions for concentration and self-control are also helpful. I was able to easily adjust the playback to my own preferences. Highly recommend!
