This application make it easier to create a game list for mobile emulators like Wario's Jewels, an WP7 GameBoy emulator.Specifically, the application to create an XML file containing information about the games available on the emulator, and two directories containing the Roma and the covers of the games. The XML file and the two directories must be then positioned on a file server any on the internet (without authentication).
