I recently started using Cytoscape and I'm really impressed with its capabilities. It's a great tool for visualizing and analyzing molecular interaction networks and biological pathways. I'm able to quickly and easily integrate annotations and state data into my visualizations and I can even load multiple networks at a time. The user interface is intuitive and the software is very stable. Highly recommend!
