I recently used ARM to develop a program for a Cortex-M processor-based device. The development environment was easy to use and understand, and the tools provided allowed me to quickly build, test, integrate, and modify my program. The support provided by ARM was also excellent, and I was able to quickly get answers to any questions I had. I would highly recommend ARM for anyone looking to develop programs for processor-based devices.
