Web Validator can validate HTML 4 and CSS of whole websites at once. Simply enter the URL of the website, select what to validate (HTML 4, CSS or both) and which links to follow - you can limit by domains, link depth and directories and click validate.
Under the tag "Working" you can quickly see which pages are currently validated and on validated page you can see if the page conforms to HTML 4 and CSS.
