A tool designed to create and display icon files with the ".ico" suffix, commonly used on Windows systems. It is particularly useful for creating the "favicon.ico" for web pages. Please note that it is not a bitmap editor, but rather a tool that assembles small images created by other tools into ICO files. This software simplifies the process of generating icons for various applications and web projects.
